Nestled between Banff and Jasper, the Crossing truly captures the magic of Canada's breathtaking landscapes. The location is nothing short of spectacular, with mesmerizing mountain views right at your window - it honestly made me feel like I'd stepped into a postcard! The comfy bed and spotless bathroom were a welcome retreat after my outdoor adventures. While the on-site spa facilities were lovely, it was the laid-back atmosphere in the pub that stole my heart; sharing a tasty do-it-yourself dinner with my travel companions was such a treat! The staff were fantastic, always ready to help while keeping the grounds beautifully maintained. Be prepared for a true disconnection from the hustle and bustle; while I appreciate the lack of Wi-Fi for some solitude, the absence of cell service made it feel isolated. But let's not forget the free toiletries and those lovely cozy corners where you can curl up with a book. The Crossing is perfect for those of us who crave tranquility in the heart of nature!
